My experience with Poconoarts council has been mixed. While they have some interesting programs, I feel that they could do better in terms of communication. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response to my inquiries, which can be frustrating. However, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and they do their best to accommodate the visitors. Overall, I would say it's an average to good organization.
