I am extremely happy with the services provided by the New York State Office of the Medicaid Inspector General. 👏 Their commitment to detecting and preventing fraud in the Medicaid program is truly commendable. 😊 Their investigations are thorough and they leave no stone unturned in their pursuit of justice. 👍 The staff members are professional and prompt in their responses. The only area where I feel there is room for improvement is in their communication. Sometimes it can be difficult to reach someone or get a timely response. Other than that, I have no complaints. Keep up the excellent work!
