I had a mixed experience with Green Turtle Publications, LLC. While some aspects of their service were satisfactory, others left much to be desired. The communication with their customer support team was efficient and responsive, and I appreciated their timely updates. However, the quality of the final product did not meet my expectations. The formatting was inconsistent, and there were numerous spelling and grammatical errors throughout the document. I had to spend additional time proofreading and making corrections myself. Overall, I would rate my experience with Green Turtle Publications, LLC as average.
