We've been blessed for the opportunity to invest with 37Parallel! Not only do they have a strict criteria and vetting in all aspects of acquiring their team (staff, management company, lenders, attorneys etc), but they utilize a methodical research and due diligence in the acquisition of properties. The icing on the cake is that we've met the key players in the organization (Chad, Dan, Don & Kieran) and they seem to be men of integrity.
