I had an average experience with PUBLICATION PRACTICE COUNSEL. The customer service was satisfactory, but the overall quality of their products could be improved. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I had to wait longer than expected to receive my order. I appreciate their efforts, but there is definitely room for improvement.
