Absolutely inept. Customer service and communication by administration and corporate are non-existent. I could write a scathing diatribe about my conversations with administration representatives if only they would either answer their telephones or return my calls.
According to the robotic call service, even the corporate office was closed at 10:05 am today (Friday).
With that being said, I have nothing but praise for our doctor and his immediate staff. It is truly sad that they are stuck with such poor management and support systems.
