I recently visited the website looking for a nursing home for my grandparent. The website was easy to navigate and had a lot of information about the services offered. However, I wish there were more personal stories or testimonials from current residents and their families to get a better feel for the facility. The layout was clean and professional, but it lacked a bit of warmth and personality. The contact information was readily available, which was helpful. I appreciate the effort put into providing information, but it would be great to see a more personal touch on the website. 🏥
