I had an average experience with Watson, Linda. The company website wellnesswithoutwalls.org is easy to navigate and has a lot of helpful information. However, their customer service could be improved. They took quite some time to respond to my inquiries and I had to follow up multiple times. Overall, I would say it was an average experience.
