I recently used the services of a consulting firm to help with some business strategy and was fairly satisfied with the experience. The consultants were knowledgeable and provided some useful insights, but the overall communication could have been better. The website was easy to navigate and had some helpful resources, but the response time to my inquiries was a bit slower than I would have liked. Overall, the experience was average – not outstanding, but not terrible either. I appreciated their efforts, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and proactive communication.
