I recently used their services and found them to be quite average. The products offered were satisfactory, but the customer service lacked the personal touch that I was expecting. 🤷🏻‍♂️ It felt like just another transaction rather than a meaningful interaction. Additionally, the delivery took longer than anticipated, causing some inconvenience. On a positive note, the pricing was reasonable, and the overall quality of the product was decent. However, I believe there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer experience and efficiency. I hope they take this feedback constructively and strive to enhance their service levels in the future.
