We placed an order for Portfolio Cases - Gray. We have ordered from Peachtree in times past but this time we were handled in a less than professional manner. We place and order on November 10, 2015 for 50 of the portfolios and after about 30 days we never received them. We called Peachtree and Shena regarding our order. We let her know how much time had lapsed and we never received the product. Shena stated that she would check on the order and we did not hear back from her until days later. At this time, Shena informed us that the pouches were outsourced to another vender who was placing our logo on the pouches and it would an additional 4 weeks before our order would be ready. After four weeks still no order. We contacted Peachtree again and inquired but no concrete answer as to shy the portfolios were not received. A few days later the owner received a call and was told that the vender could only process an order of 100 portfolios. Did they not know that when we placed the order? I called back and got a representative that stated he would check on the order and stated the same story about we had to order 100 portfolios and not 50. I asked due to the inconvenience of this botched order could receive a discount on the order. The rep told me that we could either receive 10% discount on the entire order or free air ship once they get the order ready but you cannot receive both. I asked was he a manager and he stated no. I then asked if I could speak with a manager. If I recall, Christan, the manager called the next day and we discussed the order. She stated that the original rep (Shena) should have told me that we could not place an order of 50 portfolios. I stated that this was not our issue but that we had in fact ordered them far enough in advance so that we could not run out. We in fact have run out. We are a funeral home and we give the families of the deceased these pouches with their service keepsakes inside. Christan (manager) ensured me she would handle this situation and would also offer us a 20% discount as well as next day air shipping. She called stated that we would not receive the order until 1/19/2016. I asked if there was any way that we could receive the pouches, at least 50 before then, and she stated she would check on it. I just receive a return call today from Christan that the vender did not have enough gray pouches to fill the order and did we want another color. I told her that was our company color and told her we did not want another color. She stated well I can go ahead and cancel the order. Startled, I said okay, cancel the order. What a disaster. They don't care. This has been a joke. I hope we can find a vender who is a lot more professional.
