I had an average experience with Traders Customs Brokerage Ltd. The customer service was satisfactory and they were able to handle my customs clearance needs. However, I felt that their rates were slightly higher compared to other brokerage companies I have worked with in the past. Overall, their service was decent, but there is still room for improvement.
