Consultation record: On December 22nd, I was fortunate to make an appointment online to an excellent doctor in the ENT department. According to the grade of the online consultation progress, I arrived at the scene and waited for the consultation soon... I didn t expect the number to arrive soon. The nurse on duty called my name to tell you that you are the first clinic, so that another doctor will perform the first consultation (10-20 minutes) before showing it to the attending doctor. So the time to enter the doctor was delayed. The intention is very good, but if you can set a reminder when you make an appointment for new patients, you can report early to moderately avoid the risk of being forced to stay in a crowded patient environment in this state. The attending physicians are very good, and the nurses are also very good. The consultations proceeded smoothly in a pleasant atmosphere. Then there was waiting outside to get the order. When the nurse called me again, she said that she would go to the dental department to take an X-ray, and then she would return to the hospital on 3/9 for one night for a sleep test, etc. (I wonder because the attending doctor did not tell me that I must do this test!?) I want to take a lateral skull X-ray first! When I finally found a place, I went to prepare for X-ray, and I saw a senior ask an intern (?) How do you operate? The internship said that it should be, and then I followed the instructions to take pictures. After the shooting, I was ready to leave. The senior looked at my attire and asked the internship. Did she take off her necklace? The intern said: Ah! Forgot , so I have to take X-rays again... (I am surprised: First: Is there any harm to the body after the X-rays twice? Second: Is this the leading National Taiwan University? It s a bit unsafe Feel it). Because of this X-ray incident, I decided to go back and consult the attending physician to reconfirm the sleep test. When I walked back to the clinic, all the lights were dark. It should be during the noon break. I still knocked on the door to enter. Fortunately, the attending doctor was there. I consulted the doctor. She said to the nurse: Hey! She doesn't need to do it! Ask the nurse to correct it on the spot (question Does the nurse need to confirm with the attending doctor when issuing the inspection form? .... I thought that medical waste happened to me, so how many people did not understand it? What about medical waste?) The attitude of the attending doctors is very good, but the incidents that happened to the related people and software made me feel insecure about NTU. The patients themselves or their family members must be more concerned and must be confirmed and then confirmed. Avoid unnecessary inspections. Now it is reasonable to suspect: I don t even take X-rays!
