They claimed to have sent 6 letters out, but I never got a copy of any of them, they took money on a different day and bounced my account, they got mad at me when I asked for proof of the work they did. The only thing they really did was open my eyes. I sent a dispute to Experian last week and I got a response from them that they are working on the disputes and they should have them cleared up by December, it is now Nov 5. I paid them for three months and nothing changed, I contacted Experian myself and they are fixing the issues. Final Note: I have two late payments on student loans that have been refinanced, and the late payments are for 7+yrs ago.
