I recently used Processus talent for my recruitment needs, and the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate, but I felt that the talent pool was not as extensive as I had hoped. The customer service was satisfactory, but there were areas for improvement. Overall, it was an acceptable experience, but not exceptional.
