Omer from MinMaxx was real good. He sold our house for $3,500 over asking in 3 days. We had 3 showings and one offer. However, in a matter of hours he was able to get another party to put an offer and created a multiple offer situation which lead to over asking price. His negotiation skills were also good and he took control of the situation offering great advice and worked hard to get us a good price.

MinMaxx provided us with free staging consultation (Lucy, the stager, was fantastic), photos, virtual tour / video, color brochures, pricing, negotiation, and numerous contacts to help us with minor renovations to our house.
