My recent trip with Balkanholidays.rs was quite disappointing. The website was okay, but the booking process was a bit confusing. The customer service was average, and they took longer than expected to respond to my queries. The hotel was below my expectations, with unclean rooms and outdated facilities. The travel arrangements were average as well. I wouldn't recommend Balkanholidays.rs based on my experience.
