I had an overall average experience with Editedplus. The editing service was decent, but I felt that there were some areas that could have been improved. The turnaround time was reasonably fast, but I found a few minor errors in the edited document. It would have been better if they had paid more attention to detail. However, the customer service was friendly and responsive. I appreciate their efforts to address my concerns promptly.
