I am sincerely unsure how this company stays afloat. Every year they pay may water tax and county tax 3 months late. They can never get it figured out that my house has two tax accounts that have to be paid. I have to call several times, speak with supervisors. I get the runaround over and over again. It is tiring. They had one of my property tax accounts figures for 2018 listed with the same amount owed in 2017???? FAILURE! "Customer Service" is often clueless. Can you blame them, they probably get little to no training. I will be refinancing soon to get away from these incompetent fools.
