Not a thrilled client. Our project was left incomplete for three months. It took constant emailing and phone calls to get any type of status report and there seemed to be no sense of urgency with the VP, John. Many of the responses we received would be along the lines of "we will get it handled next week," "we are working on it," etc. As each week went by the words got emptier and emptier in meaning. It wasn't until I spoke with Michael, the Sales Manager, that I finally saw progress on our timeline. He committed to dates and met them. Level of service started off great and unfortunately ended poorly.
