Why make a reservation if they cannot live up to it?
Booked 3 weeks in advance a table for 4 people, esp since my brother had made it from overseas..When we arrived, they told us we did not have a reservation and were not on the list. They mentioned they had called me in the morning to reconfirm a booking for which I already had a confirmation? I did not have any missed calls nor an email. Very unprofessional and disappointing. We went home..
