I recently had the pleasure of visiting a loved one at their care facility and was very impressed with the level of care provided. The staff was attentive, kind, and always available to answer any questions or address any concerns. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained. The only improvement I would suggest is to provide more recreational activities for the residents. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend Caslen living centers to others.
