I recently tried out Bikram yoga at the Aurora location and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The instructors were knowledgeable and friendly, and the studio was clean and well-maintained. The heat was intense, but it really helped me deepen my stretches and relax my muscles. Overall, I had a great time and will definitely be returning for more classes.
