How good that Solvid came my way and how fantastic Inge helps me to take all the necessary steps step by step. So nice that you are assigned your own coach who comes to you for personal guidance and which you can call if you have a problem. You build a bond with each other. Inge has gotten to know me better recently. She sees my strengths, but also the qualities in which I am not or not yet strong. And we name them. We look critically at how I can deal with this at my new company. She motivates me, gives me confidence and is very sharp. If I have an idea that she thinks is not very useful, then she brings it up. Speaking of ideas, Inge recently called me, with an excellent idea for my company. Active thinking is taken to make your company a lasting success.
