Oxbow's customer service is outstanding!

I contacted the company after purchasing Western Timothy Hay for our Holland Lop (Bunny) at a local store. The hay was brown and our bunny was not interested at all in eating it.

We called up Oxbow, and my husband spoke with Christy who was amazing. She not only sent a fresh bag of hay (free of cost) but also included treats and toys for our bunny. Christy also sent us a nice handwritten note, apologizing for the quality of our original purchase.

You don't see customer service like this these days. Christy and Oxbow righted and wrong and kept a customer to boot. Well done!
