All I can possibly say is WOW! This is the second time I've heard an older lady yelling and complaining at her employees while I've been waiting outside the main door or in the chair! Then after she leaves, hearing the girls talk about how she should talk to them like they are at least human beings. How the heck is that professional?!? It was so sad. This is supposed to be a luxury and upscale office and I don't want to have to listen to some mean lady yelling at her employees. The prices here are well above other places and with that combined with the horrible experiences I've had, I am done coming, perhaps Dr. Barotz should invest in better management.
