I was quite disappointed with Koons Upholstery. The workmanship was subpar and the final result did not meet my expectations. The fabric used started to unravel after just a few weeks and the stitching was uneven. I reached out to them for a resolution but their customer service was unhelpful and dismissive. I would not recommend their services.
