I had an average experience with Atlas International Engineering Consultants. Their website at atlas-om.com is user-friendly and provides useful information about their services. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution to my problem. Overall, I think they have room for improvement in terms of customer support. 😐
