I have been a customer of Century bank for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. While they have never disappointed me, they haven't exceeded my expectations either. Their website is easy to navigate and their online banking system is convenient. However, there have been a few instances where I had to wait longer than expected at their branches. Overall, I would rate Century bank as an average banking institution.
