Probably the worst decision I ever made to work at Innovatech Solutions. I worked in this company for only 4 days. This is one of the weirdest places I have ever worked in. Very hostile work environment. The management sucks. Everything from working environment to company culture, the company lacks basic work ethics. Highly unprofessional managers, politics and HR is not helpful at ALL. People enjoy gossiping more than work. No wonder why people don t stick around.
