I've been a Teseq customer for several years and I must say, their service has been average at best. The website is a bit outdated and navigating it can be a bit confusing. The customer support team is usually responsive, but their solutions are not always satisfactory. Overall, Teseq could improve in certain areas to provide a better customer experience.
