If I could give 0 stars I would. The lack of communication is horrible. We applied and the next day they ran my roommates application. They neglected to tell us they accepted another application until 4 days after they ran her application. Since nothing was wrong we asked for our app fees back and they didn't ever reply. They didn't run my application until AFTER I asked for the app fee back. They just want to take our money and don't care about customer service. Its not even about the money, but how are you going to not give me my app fee back when you didn't even run it? HORRIBLE SERVICE.
