The customer service at Gardiner Outdoor Products / Optical Shoppe of La Plata is amazing! The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to assist. The binoculars I purchased are excellent - the image quality is superb and they are very comfortable to use. I will definitely be returning for future purchases.
