I recently made a purchase from an outdoor gear company and I am happy with my experience. The website was easy to use and I was able to find what I needed. The customer service was average, but they were able to answer my questions. The product arrived within a reasonable time frame and was in good condition. However, the quality was not as high as I had hoped. I would consider trying a different company for future purchases.
