I had an overall average experience with Pet360 media, inc. The website pet360media.com was easy to navigate and had a good selection of pet products. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and the representatives I spoke with were not very helpful. I was disappointed with the overall level of service I received from this company.
