I recently used You Are My Guide to plan my vacation and I had an average experience. The website, youaremyguide.com, provided some useful information, but I found it lacking in certain areas. The customer service team was responsive, but I felt like some of my questions were not fully addressed. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I think there is room for improvement.
