I had a mixed experience with Crazy Bernie. While the quality of the furniture I bought was excellent, the customer service was average at best. The representatives were not very helpful and it took a while to get a response to my queries. However, I am satisfied with the product itself and would consider shopping at Crazy Bernie again.
