The staffs are very nice and friendly. I'm a beginner snowboarder, I was so scared of the lift but the staffs calm me down. They show me what I should/shouldn't do when riding the lift. I fell when I got off the lift and the staff stopped it immediately and help/show me to get out.
I bought a package of 4 tickets for $99.99. You should check their website and Facebook for latest discount at the beginning of the season. There are some websites that sale one day ticket for about $28-35. Just google it.
On my first day, I redeemed my tickets, it was rain and I was given a voucher for another ticket. Yay!!!
