I have done several hop on hop off tours in various cities and have always had a great experience. This by far was the worst one I have ever done. Everything was disorganized and everyone was very unprofessional. When we boarded the first bus the driver and tour guide were arguing about what they should be doing right in front of us. When we finally got started, we skipped the first 4 stops and picked up some people at stop #5. Another tour guide got on and started complaining about the people we had just picked up. Again, arguing between the employees as to what they should be doing ensued. I felt like I was in a work break room instead of a paid tour. We got off on the next stop and waited for the bus to pick us up. It never showed up. We walked to the next stop, toured the Cathedral and waited for the bus again. It still never showed up. After walking to the next 2 stops and waiting once again, the bus finally stopped at the Rocky statue. We boarded the bus and it only stopped once more before it stopped at the end of the tour. If I wanted to walk to see all of the sights in Philly which we ended up doing anyway, I wouldn't have bought the tickets for a hop on hop off tour. The next day we walked to the sights we wanted to see and decided to try the bus one more time since we didn't want to talk to Chinatown. There were 2 buses parked at stop 1 and after we AGAIN listened to the employees yell and complain, we asked if they were boarding and the woman's response was "They might be running in about 20 mins." We said forget it and once again walked to our destination. I will never ever recommend this tour to anyone.
