There were no customers in the office when I arrived at 1600 on a Wednesday afternoon. I went to the counter and was ignored. I've never been here before so I was obviously lost. I had to go to the other side of the building to get help. Well they sent me back. I was like "do I need to draw a number to get help? I'm the only customer here." Then some lady reluctantly got up off her rear end to actually do her job and file my paperwork.
