I recently had the opportunity to work with Mindfield Resources, and overall, it was an average experience. The recruitment process was smooth, but the communication could have been better. The company website was user-friendly, and the job descriptions were detailed. However, the response time for queries could have been quicker. Overall, Mindfield Resources is a decent company to work with.
