I have mixed feelings about my experience with Orson & Co. On one hand, their products are great and I'm happy with my purchase. On the other hand, their customer service needs improvement. I had some issues with the delivery and it took a while for them to respond and address the problem. Although they eventually resolved the issue, the lack of prompt communication was frustrating. I hope they work on improving their customer support.
