Really unimpressed with Gaucho Dubai. We went there on a Saturday afternoon for the roast. The restaurant itself was really really cold, the food was mostly warm when it came out but was stone cold in a matter of minutes. I had to send my gravy back as it was cold when served. They also got my wifes orfer wrong even though she has called the restaurant twice to be specific in what she wanted as she is a vegetarian. The service was also really poor and we had to continually try to get the waiters attention even though there was only one other couple in the restaurant. Outside was quite dusty and the curtains they have outside were reallly dirty. Having said all this the ribeye steak I had was really delicious. Overall the restaurant looks and feels a little tired and worn and the overall attention to detail was very poor. Not what I have come to expect from Gaucho. We wont be back.
