I absolutely love Jivamukti yoga! The teachers are amazing and create a welcoming and inclusive environment. The classes have a perfect balance of physical challenge and spiritual connection. I appreciate the variety of class offerings and the emphasis on mindfulness and meditation. The studio itself is beautiful and peaceful, with all the necessary props provided. I can't recommend Jivamukti yoga enough!
