I had a mixed experience dealing with Ecoshredding, inc. On one hand, their customer service was prompt and professional, and they were able to answer all of my questions. However, I was disappointed with the quality of their shredding service. The shredded documents were not completely destroyed, and I had to spend extra time manually tearing them apart. Overall, I would rate them as average.
