I had a mixed experience with Vanguard professional staffing. While they were able to find me a job quickly, the position turned out to be quite different from what was advertised. The communication with the team was lacking, and I didn't feel well-supported throughout the process. However, I appreciate their efforts in finding me a job, even if it wasn't the best fit.
