I recently had the opportunity to work with Hopkins Contracting and overall, my experience was average. The website was user-friendly, making it easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, the company's response time fell short of my expectations. It took a considerable amount of time for them to get back to me regarding my inquiries and quote requests. Nevertheless, once they did respond, the staff was professional and courteous. The quality of the work performed was satisfactory, but not exceptional. I appreciate their attention to detail, but I believe there is still room for improvement. Despite these shortcomings, I would consider working with them again in the future if their response time and quality of work improve.
