As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to explore the services offered by this company. I must say that my experience was average. While the website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, I found the information to be somewhat limited. It would have been helpful to see more details about their patent award process and past clients. Additionally, I was expecting to find more testimonials or case studies to gauge the level of satisfaction other customers had with their services. However, the website lacked these elements. On a positive note, I appreciated the prompt response I received from their customer support when I reached out with a query. Overall, my experience with Patent Awards was not extraordinary, but it was satisfactory. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of providing more comprehensive information and showcasing client feedback.
