What a horrible experience. The shed was installed...

What a horrible experience. The shed was installed on May 17th 2018. The installer didn't finish the roof and said they would come back the following week. It's a month later the roof is unfinished, the felt paper is blowing off allowing water into the building when it rains. I've called the local office and the corporate number multiple times and can't get any help.
