The experience I had with Link inc was average. I found their customer service to be satisfactory, but there was nothing exceptional about it. The website linkinc.org was easy to navigate and finding the information I needed was not a problem. However, I do feel that there is room for improvement in terms of responsiveness. Overall, my experience with Link inc was decent.
